About

Lidia Wangadi, Founder

As a young girl growing up in Indonesia, I fell in love with traditional art, including Batik. While traveling the country, an enormous appreciation developed for this unique, Indonesian art form with its beautiful motifs and vibrant colors.
I am professionally trained and practicing as an architect, but thrilled about designing my own line of authentic, beautiful, high quality handmade batik, and unique accessories.
Working with the finest batik artists in historic, batik producing towns in Indonesia, not only supporting these small, family operated artists, and help sustain this beautiful art, but also enriching American fashion.
I love making women look and feel beautiful.
